Allana Ferguson bio

Allana first represented Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Then, after suffering multiple knee injuries over time, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana made her debut as a woman in the rugby league against Queensland for New South Wales. Allana also added radio to the roster, and makes regular appearances as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana has also earned a teaching diploma. Allana Ferguson holds the rare distinction of representing Australia in three sports, rugby sevens, rugby league and touch. Allana Ferguson, Jillaroos footballer and rugby league player for the Jillaroos of Australia team, has had to put a premature ending to her career as a player after she tore her ACL on a fourth occasion. She had torn the ligament in the same knee while she was 15 17 and 20-years-old and after a fourth tear it meant Ferguson's time was up. Ferguson played for JILLAROOS's team and had to retire early because of a fourth accident to her left ACL. Ferguson confirmed to The Courier Mail that she was injured during training during November. She has been a female player of the Women's Rugby League throughout the years.
